
Business Development Representative

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our fast-growing team. In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging new business opportunities, initiating meaningful conversations with senior-level decision-makers, and helping to expand our reach across all three of our business divisions.

- Proactively prospect and build a pipeline of leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking
- Schedule and qualify meetings for our Business Development Directors
- Develop a strong understanding of our full suite of services and product offerings
- Engage with C-level executives to articulate our value proposition and uncover business needs
- Manage and strategically target a list of key accounts to drive pipeline growth
- Work closely with senior leadership to support team goals and refine outreach strategy
- Meet and exceed activity-based and results-driven performance targets
- Opportunities for promotion within 12 months based on consistent performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience, particularly Salesforce, is a plus
- Interest in financial services and/or insurance industry
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Eagerness to learn and grow through ongoing coaching and training
- Motivated by goals and performance metrics, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Positive, resourceful, and self-driven with a team-oriented mindset
