Position Overview:
As an Account Executive at Profit.co, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships, understanding business needs, and driving sales of our performance management solutions. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with less than 3 years of experience who are eager to develop their sales skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads, conduct outreach, and engage with potential clients.
- Communicate the value of Profit.co’s solutions to prospective customers and help them understand how our software can address their needs.
- Assist in the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals under the guidance of senior sales professionals.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive offerings to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internships or part-time experience in sales is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to new challenges.
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (preferred but not required).
