Administrative Support Intern
Job Title: Administrative Support Intern (Part-Time, Flexible)
Location: Achievement Engineering Corporation, San Jose, CA
Duration: 3-6 Months

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Administrative Support Intern to join our dynamic team and gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Order and manage inventory
- Maintain accurate records, assist with document management, and filing
- Perform general clerical duties (e.g., scanning, copying, data entry)
- Handle email correspondence and assist with communication tasks
- Provide assistance to the Executives of the company
- Provide general support to the office as needed
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university (preferably in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Adobe
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
