Symphony Towers Infrastructure acquires, manages, and leases rooftop, tower and other telecommunication cell sites interests in urban, suburban, and rural environments throughout the United States. Symphony operates as one of the largest privately held owners of these sites across the United States and is backed by one of the largest digital infrastructure firms in the country.

Human Resources Internship Opportunity

 

 

As a Human Resources Intern, you’ll work directly with the VP of Human Resources and cross-functional HR partners on strategic, project-based work. This internship is ideal for someone who wants to dive deep into the world of HR, learn how programs are built and scaled, and contribute to meaningful initiatives that enhance the employee experience and talent lifecycle. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in human resources operations within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Supporting HR administration functions, including special projects as assigned to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the agency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the HR team to understand and identify areas of process improvement (i.e., onboarding, streamlining processes, etc.)
  • Research, compiling, and analyzing HR-related queries and data
  • Contributing to recruitment efforts
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Run HR reports and draft presentations
  • Support employee engagement and volunteer initiatives
  • Help maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems and personnel files

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Working towards or recently acquired a BS/BA in a related field.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills with the ability to collaborate and seek constructive feedback.
  • Willingness to learn the fundamentals of HR from Symphony’s HR team, and their managers.
  • Self‐starter and problem solver mindset and habits.
