Job Description: Financial Paraplanner 
Grove Street Fiduciary (www.grovestreetfiduciary.com) — a privately held fiduciary Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) — is seeking to hire or train a Financial Paraplanner for our fee-only financial planning and investment advisory firm in Peterborough, NH. We are especially interested in candidates pursuing a career in wealth management.

Onsite location: Peterborough, New Hampshire, United States
Time requirements: Full time
Compensation: Expected pay $70,000-90,000 per year

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree (or a bachelor’s degree candidate) from an accredited institution.

Previous experience in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, Taxation or Business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

Working with Senior Advisors to analyze, research, and implement financial solutions with clients.

Demonstrating excellent people skills via conference call or face-to-face meetings — excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills are necessary.

Always maintaining high ethical standards/confidentiality.

Meticulously preparing for client meetings.

Anticipating Senior Advisor and client needs.

Researching various financial topics as it applies to client situations.

As the successful candidate grows in the role, expect to take on more responsibilities while continuing to provide support internally to deliver high-quality fiduciary service to clients.
