Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

New Process Development for New Products: Evaluate how new products can be adapted to existing production lines, design mass production plans, and test and optimize manufacturing processes (e.g., cost estimation, equipment selection).

Technical Process Optimization: Analyze current manufacturing processes, improve process parameters, and enhance efficiency and quality (e.g., by introducing automation or new processing methods).

Cross-functional Coordination and Support: Act as a bridge between the manufacturing team and R&D or sales departments; responsible for technical documentation, customer requirement coordination, and on-site production issue support.

Project Management and Data Analysis: Monitor project progress, manage the Bill of Materials (BOM), and analyze production data to optimize inventory levels and delivery cycles.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret production data and drive continuous improvement.

Proficient in CAD tools and process documentation (e.g., PFMEA, control plans).

Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills, especially in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
