Origo Edu specializes in personalized admission consulting for high school students seeking to study abroad, primarily in the U.S, and including other countries such as the UK, Canada, Singapore, and Australia. We support students from Grade 9 to Grade 12, guiding them through profile building and university selection, all the way to the application submission!

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Fine Arts or Visual Arts Mentor to provide dedicated support to a high school student preparing to apply to an art school. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual arts, along with experience mentoring or teaching aspiring artists. Responsibilities include offering constructive, tailored feedback on the student’s artwork, guiding the curation and development of a compelling portfolio, assisting with the preparation of artist statements, and providing insight into the admissions process for art schools. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a young artist’s journey by fostering their creative growth and helping them present their best work with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide mentorship and guidance to students or participants pursuing visual arts.
2. Review and give constructive feedback on fine arts portfolios.
3. Collaborate with the consulting team to ensure alignment with our creative and educational goals.
4. Offer occasional input or support for supplemental materials (e.g., art direction, visual aids).

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor 's degree or higher from from a U.S. institution with background in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or a related discipline (BFA, MFA, or equivalent experience preferred).
2. Experience as an artist, instructor, or mentor in the arts.
3. Strong understanding of portfolio development and evaluation.
4. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
