Global Recordings Network (GRN) is a mission-driven organization dedicated to ensuring that people hear and understand God's word in their heart language. We focus on serving those who are oral communicators and those without access to Scriptures in a format they can engage with. 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Communications Specialist / Writer to join our summer team. In this role, you will craft compelling content that communicates GRN's vision, inspires action, and supports our mission. You will also transform interviews with missionaries into captivating stories, bringing their experiences and testimonies to life for diverse audiences. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and produce written content for various platforms, including websites, newsletters, social media, and promotional materials.
• Translate interviews with missionaries into compelling narratives that resonate with readers and highlight the impact of GRN’s work.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with GRN’s mission and vision.
• Create compelling stories that build engagement with supporters and partners.
• Edit and proofread content to maintain consistency in tone and quality.
• Contribute to developing communication strategies to expand our reach and enhance our impact.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and the 2025 Summer Ministry Team.
• Support the creation of presentation materials and reports as needed.

Qualifications: 

• Experience in writing, editing, or communications.
• Strong storytelling and content creation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate raw interviews into polished, emotionally engaging narratives.
• Familiarity with faith-based or nonprofit organizations is a plus.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for publishing and content management.
• A passion for GRN’s mission and vision.
