Location: 1111 Newton Street, Gretna, LA 70053, United States
Shift : Tues - sat  (10:30 pm - 6:30am)
Pay range : $19/hr on W2 
Bonuses: $1000 after 60 days and $1000 6 months (eligibility dependent on attendance, performance and behavior)


Job Description:

Our location currently has an opportunity for a lab technician. The candidate will update and maintain supplier master data, including acting as system support.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented laboratory technician to join our team. As a laboratory technician, you will be responsible for performing various laboratory tasks, including sample preparation, equipment operation, and quality control procedures, to ensure accurate and reliable results. Your work will contribute to the analysis and confirmation of toxic substances in forensic samples, helping to support legal proceedings and ensure public safety.

Responsibilities:

Conducts chemical and physical laboratory tests and makes qualitative analyses of materials, liquids, and gases.
May also set up laboratory equipment and instrumentation required for research or process control.
Must have  Bachelors Degree .
