Join Assembly as a Coordinator 

 

At Assembly, our Coordinators support the execution of media campaigns and internal operations across our Paid Search, Client Experience, and Video, Audio, and Display (VAD) Connected Partnerships teams. This is an entry-to-mid-level opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, innovative environment. 

 

Paid Search  

As a Paid Search Coordinator, you’ll support retail clients by helping to develop and execute paid search campaigns. You’ll manage keyword and ad setup, monitor performance using tracking tools, and create reports and recaps in Excel and PowerPoint. You’ll also analyze campaign data to recommend optimizations, attend client meetings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated digital strategies. 

 

VAD Connected Partnerships  

In this role, you’ll assist with planning and executing media buys across video, audio, display, and streaming platforms. You’ll manage schedules, track performance, and compile post-buy reports. Responsibilities also include budget reconciliation, handling client and vendor communications, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. 

 

Client Experience  

As a Client Experience Coordinator, you’ll support project and media planning across assigned accounts. You’ll help maintain and update media plans, track timelines, and assist with billing and reconciliation. You’ll also contribute to media research, competitive reporting, and internal coordination, ensuring smooth communication between teams and consistent project execution. 

 

General Coordinator Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred. 

6 months - 1 year experience highly preferable - internship experience qualifies 

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, GoogleDoc, Word. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $ 50,000USD. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
