Live Sports Card Breaker

Job Title: Live Sports Card Breaker Location: Mequon, WI Employment Type: Intern Reports To: Store Owner / Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and reliable Live Sports Card Breaker to join our in-store team. You’ll be the on-camera host for our live sports card breaks, engaging with viewers in real time on platforms like Whatnot and Fanatics Live. This role is in-person and requires both performance and precision — interacting with customers while accurately sorting and handling valuable sports cards.

Key Responsibilities:

Host live card break streams in-store, providing an engaging, high-energy experience for online buyers.

Open sports card boxes live, showcase hits, and deliver entertaining commentary with product knowledge.

Sort and organize cards accurately by customer/team for shipping.

Set up and maintain a clean, professional, camera-friendly break station.

Assist customers who visit the store during or outside of live breaks.

Help with order prep, inventory restocking, and product setup as needed.

Promote upcoming breaks and new releases across store channels.

Follow all platform guidelines  and uphold store standards.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of sports cards, current players, teams, and popular products.

Confident and comfortable speaking on camera for extended periods.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and sorting skills.

Ability to work evenings and weekends (peak streaming times).

Prior customer service, retail, or livestream experience is a plus.

Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player.

Compensation:

Hourly Pay (based on experience and availability)
