Multi-Tiered System of Supports Coordinator
The Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) Coordinator is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive K–12 MTSS framework. This position ensures that all students receive equitable access to academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and attendance support through a tiered system of interventions. The coordinator works collaboratively with school leaders, teachers, counselors, and support staff to facilitate data- driven decision-making, promote inclusive instructional practices, and align MTSS efforts with state, federal, and Tribal regulations. Key duties include coordinating intervention planning, managing progress-monitoring systems, delivering professional development, and supporting team-based problem- solving. The MTSS Coordinator also ensures fidelity of implementation, tracks outcomes, maintains compliance with reporting requirements, and drives continuous improvement to support student success across all grade levels. This position serves both the Instructional Leadership Team and the Directors' Team.
