School Athletic Trainer

The school athletic trainer develops and delivers a Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathway focused on injury prevention, rehabilitation, anatomy, and emergency care for high school students. This role includes providing hands-on, real-world experience in clinical settings and supervising practicum hours during and after school. The instructor mentors’ students in medical skills, prepares them for industry-recognized certifications, and collaborates with coaches and healthcare professionals to ensure the safety of student-athletes. Additional responsibilities include promoting the CTE program, maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment, and ensuring compliance with educational and safety standards.
