Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven, coachable individual to join our leadership development track as an Entry-Level Manager. This remote, contract-based position offers the opportunity to lead and mentor agents, optimize performance, and progress quickly into senior leadership roles—all while helping families protect what matters most.
Key Responsibilities:
Mentor and support a team of field agents to drive daily production
Monitor team performance metrics and assist in developing action plans to meet weekly targets
Lead by example through active involvement in sales and customer service
Assist in planning and delivering virtual training and onboarding sessions
Maintain clear, consistent, and motivational communication across the team
Effectively manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced remote environment
Qualifications:
Strong leadership potential with natural team-building instincts
Excellent communication and coaching abilities, especially via virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom)
Ability to analyze sales data and implement performance-improvement strategies
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
Background in sales, customer service, or leadership is advantageous
A degree is welcome but not required—performance and initiative are what matter most

Position Details:
Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation: 100% performance-based commission (no income cap)
Location: Fully remote (open in most U.S. states except NY, MN, and CA)
