We are seeing a high energy, very focused intern to join our team this winter.
2025. The internship is paid with commission and will run from November through March
2026. There is a high potential for full-time employment post ending internship
date. You can work from the office or from home, whatever you are more
comfortable with.

About The Ahmetaj Team @ Compass:

We are a small team of Two Real estate professionals. My brother Ergin and I
have been in real estate for a combined 15 years and have done over 200Million
in Sales together. For the past 3 years in a row, we have been named top 1% of
real estate professionals in America by Real Trends.

Role and Responsibilities:

Interns will receive close supervision and training from experienced real
estate brokers while learning new areas of the field and, gaining hands-on
experience, and providing an important public service. Interns’ responsibilities will include:

• Cold Calling and warm follow-up for new and existing clientele.
• Client intake, client follow-up and relationship maintenance.
• Research and proposals
• Data entering, market analysis reports, board package, rental packages, and
client pitch book preparation.
• Must be excel and word proficient.
• Maintain social media pages and run campaigns.

Qualifications:

• High Driven and Positive Attitude at all times
• Cultural competence and strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Fluency in Spanish is desirable
• Data analytical and great attention to detail
