Lead Teacher
JAM Early Education is hiring for an Infant Lead Teacher and Preschool Lead Teacher!
The role of educators at JAM Early Education is to observe and facilitate learning experiences for the children in their care. Our classroom work and environments are aligned with principles of development and centered around the children that occupy the space. Through intentional observation and interaction, educators can pick up on the clues that children leave behind that give us a glimpse into their thinking and curiosities. We utilize this information to support the child's natural learning process and provide opportunities for scaffolding. As children are always researching to understand the world around them, our educators are also researching to understand children and their development.
