Newsletter Designer and Writer

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a visually appealing and engaging newsletter that embodies the spirit and story of our business. 

As the driving force behind our newsletter, you will have the opportunity to take ownership and be recognized for producing the best newsletter in our town.  
 

Key Responsibilities:  

Collaborate monthly with Master-Pieced, capturing their insights and contributions in an authentic manner.  

Design, write, and distribute a monthly newsletter, ensuring it consistently reflects our brand and engages our readers.  

Interact and coordinate with our team regularly to ensure the newsletter accurately captures and conveys the essence of our business and the narratives we want to share.  

Expected Outcomes:  Deliver the newsletter reliably on the same day each month, establishing a rhythm our readers can look forward to. 

Achieve and continually increase open rates and reader interactions, evidencing the newsletter's resonance and engagement with our audience. 

Inspire our readers to spontaneously share our newsletter and attract attention from other organizations, amplifying our reach and impact.  

Qualifications:  Proven experience in designing and writing newsletters, with a portfolio showcasing your previous work.  Familiarity with digital collaboration and marketing tools, particularly Slack and MailChimp.  Exceptional communication skills, paired with incredible design and writing prowess, to create newsletters that captivate and inform.
