What is Traced
Traced is reinventing how law firms handle billing - starting with eliminating manual timekeeping. Our AI tracks computer work activity and automatically generates time entries, removing the most painful part of an attorney’s job. Our long-term mission is to eliminate all administrative overhead for law firms by streamlining the entire financial workflow.
Who We Are
Traced was founded less than a year ago and we have doubled revenue every month of 2025. We're a team of former machine learning engineers obsessed with speaking with users and shipping fast. Today, we're working with enterprise law firms across the U.S. and scaling quickly.
What You’ll Do
- Design and own our backend and cloud infrastructure (Azure, Node.js, Python)
- Implement secure enterprise integrations (SSO, VPN, VNet, NSG)
- Work directly with users to identify pain points and translate feedback into product improvements
- Rapidly ship high-impact features that solve real problems for enterprise law firms
Who You Are
- Strong technical builder with a deep understanding of full-stack development
- Prior internship or professional experience shipping production code
- Comfortable owning and delivering projects end-to-end
- Clear, confident, and charismatic communicator - both with users and the team
- Obsessed with solving real problems and moving fast
Bonus Points
- Previously founded a company or were an early employee at a high-growth startup
- Hands-on experience deploying secure software in enterprise environments
