Real Estate Administration Intern

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual interested in gaining valuable experience in real estate administration. You’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks — from transaction management and marketing support to client communication — providing exposure to the day-to-day operations of a successful real estate brokerage.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare real estate documents, contracts, and client files.

Coordinate communication between clients, agents, lenders, and attorneys.

Manage listing paperwork, MLS entries, and property marketing materials.

Organize and update digital files and CRM records.

Coordinate showings, inspections, and closings.

Support social media, email campaigns, and marketing projects.

Assist with brokerage events, workshops, and open houses.

Qualifications:

Interest in business, marketing, real estate, communications, or related fields.

Strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Eagerness to learn and gain hands-on experience in real estate operations.

Comfortable learning new technology platforms (training provided).

Interest in a future career path within real estate is a strong plus.
