Control Associates is growing, and we're looking for a bright, motivated accounting graduate to join our dynamic team! This is not your typical entry-level role - you'll be making an immediate impact by helping us transform our customer invoicing processes through automation.

What You'll Do:

As our new Entry-Level Accountant, you'll join our existing team supporting the Customer Invoicing Process. We're on an exciting journey to completely automate our AR/AP processes over the next 6+ months, and you'll be right in the middle of this transformation!

You'll start by working directly with our internal business units (beginning with our Warehouse teams) to understand current manual processes that use Excel and our ERP system (IFS). Then you'll help us identify improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions.

This role offers incredible growth potential - you'll start with Customer Invoicing and then expand to handle multiple accounting projects. It's the perfect foundation to build your career using strong accounting fundamentals while developing valuable process improvement skills.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Accounting degree (recent graduates welcome!)

• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Natural curiosity and willingness to ask questions

• Ability to take initiative and apply new concepts quickly

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively

• Adaptability to pivot between different tasks and priorities

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Working with internal teams and some customers to track and report invoices

• Performing account reconciliations

• Creating reports from multiple datasets using Excel

• Developing ad-hoc reports for senior management

• Supporting compliance, internal control, and audit requirements

• Joining our Change Management Team to:

- Identify process improvements

- Assist with data cleansing and testing

- Help with process mapping

- Validate customer information accuracy
