Inside Sales Representative

This role will start as an internship trial for three months, and if mutually agreeable, will transition into a full-time role.

 

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity will best fit a professional with a passion for sales who will focus their efforts on customer acquisition and conversion of qualified sales opportunities. The role involves effectively communicating with CMAC prospective clients, including many of the largest physician groups in the country, regarding our three primary solutions: Debt Financing, Sustainable Ownership Structures, and Supplemental Equity. Work alongside CMAC’s head of business development to make a tangible impact to the bottom lines of both the client and CMAC. Candidate must be autonomous and enjoy working in a boutique company with substantial accountability and exposure to senior leadership.

About You:

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office product knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, preferred
  • Two years of experience selling a business-to-business solution, preferred
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management software, preferred

Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

 

Compensation: This role will start as an internship trial for 3 months at $25/hr. If mutually agreeable, it will transition into a full-time role with a competitive combination of Base Salary + Commission + Performance-based bonus dependent on individual and company metrics.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Internet research targeting a wide variety of sources such as architects, developers, real estate consultants, medical associations etc.
  • Sourcing contact information for viable leads and accurately documenting information in CRM system, CMAC Partners currently utilizes Zendesk CRM
  • Assisting in the qualification or disqualification of viable leads
  • Utilizing CREXI to research, qualify and disqualify potential leads
  • Calling medical practices marked as leads in Zendesk in order to qualify or unqualify
  • Calling medical practices marked as qualified opportunities in Zendesk in order to set up follow-up consultancy calls
  • Sending targeted emails to prospective clients with the goal of setting up a consultancy call to go through CMAC’s suite of solutions
  • Utilizing LinkedIn to source accurate information on individual stakeholders within practices
  • Preparing mailers with information on CMAC’s services
  • Gaining familiarity with latest research tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness
