Entry level Legal Operations Analyst (Contractor)
Location: Bedminster, NJ 07921- Onsite with potential for remote overtime work

Hours: Shift will vary, TBD may include nights and weekends. example Tuesday- Saturday 3pm until 12a and Wednesday- Sunday 3pm until 12a

Training hours from 8-5 pm Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do:

  • Process and review legal requests ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage high volume phone calls, handling time-sensitive legal inquiries and emergency requests.
  • Provide critical data and information to enforcement agencies across the country.
  • Collaborate closely with enforcement officials, handling high-priority requests with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Work with a wide variety of legal forms and warrants nationwide, exercising your critical thinking skills to extract and enter required information into the database
  • Participate in extensive 4-week training, gaining hands-on experience in the operations, legal processes, and tools needed to excel in the role.
  • Data Entry: Input legal processes into our workflow management system with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and company procedures.
  • Call Management: Answer high-volume calls from law enforcement officials, respond to voicemail messages, and authenticate callers in life-threatening situations to provide critical information.
  • Case Documentation: Ensure all cases are properly documented and managed from start to finish, adhering to legal requirements and internal guidelines.
  • Problem Solving: Independently resolve issues, demonstrating sound judgment, and escalating matters to management when necessary for optimal outcomes.
  • Customer Records Management: Enter customer and account data from source documents within specified time limits, verify the accuracy of information, and report needed changes.
  • Data Review: Identify errors, correct deficiencies, and ensure data compatibility, following standard procedures or collaborating with team leads when needed.

  • Attention to Detail: Mistakes in data entry can cause major delays. We’re looking for someone who can work quickly and accurately.
  • Availability for Overtime: After training, you can choose to take on additional hours from home, allowing you to earn extra while working at your own pace.
  • Must be able to apply for Government Clearance
