We’re seeking an ambitious, communication-driven individual ready to launch a successful career in sales. As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the frontline connection between our company and customers, learning the fundamentals of persuasive communication, relationship building, and market strategy. This is a role for someone who thrives on challenge, enjoys working with people, and wants to see tangible results from their efforts. This is a W2 position and not commission only

What You’ll Do:

  • Learn and execute a consultative sales process to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Engage with prospective customers through face-to-face interactions
  • Build and maintain relationships through excellent service
  • Collaborate with teammates and leadership to refine your sales approach
  • Track performance using CRM tools and participate in regular coaching sessions

Qualifications:
