Position Summary
The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to the Program Services Coordinator of the IU School of Social Work - Bloomington campus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (assign % of time spent in each area)
(90%) Assist with program administrative tasks and organization (i.e. scanning and archiving documents; data entry, sorting, filing)
(10%) Other administrative duties as assigned

Computer
Microsoft Office package
Office equipment (copier, scanner, shredder)
Qualifications/Requirements
- Student must have work-study award
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and aptitude to learn quickly
- Positive attitude and work ethic
- Ability to research and adapt appropriately
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; solid sense of professionalism
