Prefer the Intern to be a 3rd-year student completed at a four-year college in Texas. Looking for someone majoring in marketing, business, management, or finance, but open to all majors.

Time Frame:

• June - August
• Work Hours: 40-45 per week
• Hourly Pay: $22.00 per hour
• Bonus after successful completion: $2,000

The intern will rotate through each department, with most of the time being spent in variable operations. There will be a clear work schedule and agenda, with a preset itinerary in each department.

A permanent job offer will be made to interns who perform at a high level and exhibit the qualities of a successful career within our organization. 

Compensation for the first year of full-time employment will be as follows:

• Signing Bonus: $5,000
• Training Guarantee: $5,000 per month
• Retention Bonus After 1 Year: $5,000
