This Opportunity
FPA is currently searching for a full-time Proposal Support Administrator at our Headquarters in Wall Township, NJ supporting our fast-paced and collaborative team. In this entry-level role, you’ll assist with creating marketing materials, coordinating proposal responses, and helping maintain our CRM and marketing libraries. You’ll gain exposure to industry-leading projects and professionals across engineering disciplines. This is a great opportunity to launch your AEC marketing career while working on meaningful infrastructure and environmental initiatives.

Core Responsibilities
- Assist in compiling, editing, and formatting proposals and qualification packages.
- Help maintain project data, resumes, and marketing collateral.
- Support the team in scheduling, document tracking, and deadline management.
- Collaborate with technical staff to collect content and images.
- Learn about RFP/RFQ requirements and public procurement processes.
- Help prepare for interviews, presentations, and client outreach.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or administration (AEC experience a plus).
- Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Adobe InDesign is a plus.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
