Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to directly support the Co-Owner, who also serves as Senior Sales Executive and daily radio talk show host. This critical, client-facing role requires excellent communication, top-tier organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic media environment.  We are looking for a goal-oriented individual as your primary focus will be to help Scott hit his monthly sales goals that you’ll also benefit from.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the co-owner’s calendar, appointments, and travel logistics.
  • Client Coordination: Schedule and confirm meetings, ensuring outstanding client service and communication.
  • Proposal Writing: Assist with drafting and formatting client proposals and presentations that support sales efforts.
  • Campaign Fulfillment: Monitor and track the delivery of advertising and PR campaigns across radio, digital, and print platforms.
  • Order & Traffic Input: Enter advertising orders and manage traffic schedules accurately in internal systems.
  • Event Planning: Support planning and logistics for client or company events.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book travel and accomodations for occasional business trips.
  • Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative support or project coordination (media or agency experience preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
  • Professional, client-facing demeanor with a high attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and  Google Workspace
  • Ability to write clearly and professionally for client proposals and internal communications
  • Requires flexibility beyond a standard 8:00–5:00 schedule, with occasional travel and occasional overnight stays; ideal for candidates who are motivated to go the extra mile and thrive in a dynamic, on-the-go environment.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary, $50-$55K DOE
