IT Intern
- Provide day-to-day IT support, including hardware troubleshooting (laptops, peripherals), software troubleshooting (Microsoft 365, Zoom, Google Workspace), and remote user support
- Help manage and maintain corporate cloud systems (Azure, AWS), endpoint management and access control tools.
- Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding, including user account provisioning, permissions management, and device setup/returns
- Support IT projects such as security patching, system migrations, network monitoring, vulnerability scans, and policy documentation (SOPs, knowledge base updates)
- Collaborate to improve cybersecurity practices, enhance device compliance, and audit system health
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Microsoft 365, Google Suite, Zoom, VPNs, and cloud services (Azure, AWS)
- Interest or experience in cybersecurity fundamentals, multi-factor authentication (MFA), endpoint security, and compliance frameworks (a plus)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills — able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to IT projects in a collaborative team environment
