
Content Scheduler
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Content Scheduler to manage the planning, scheduling, and coordination of our content pipeline across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more. This role requires graphic design skills (especially for thumbnails), an eye for timing and trends, and working knowledge of social media strategy and basic marketing principles.
You’ll work closely with our content team to ensure high-quality videos, graphics, and posts are not only published on time, but optimized to perform.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage a weekly content calendar across multiple social platforms
Design eye-catching, branded thumbnails and promotional graphics (using Canva, Photoshop, or Figma)
Upload and schedule short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
Collaborate with editors, marketers, and growth strategists to time content drops around peak engagement windows
Track post performance and suggest improvements to scheduling/timing
Ensure consistent brand visuals and messaging across platforms
Organize asset libraries for future reuse
Minimum Requirements
6 months–2 years experience with content scheduling (internship or freelance OK)
Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, or Figma
Basic understanding of TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts trends
Familiarity with Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
Reliable internet, strong communication, and organizational skills
Available at least 15–20 hours per week with responsiveness during EST hours
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
Experience with A/B testing thumbnails or content post times
Background in digital marketing or growth hacking
Motion graphics or light video editing a plus
Knowledge of meme culture or trend spotting for Gen Z audiences
