Franchise Development Representative

YN Marketing Solutions is a leading face-to-face marketing and sales agency representing national clients inside exclusive retail environments. We specialize in building brand loyalty, driving customer engagement, and generating measurable results through interactive, high-energy campaigns.

As a Franchise Development Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our retail-based sales and marketing team. Your primary role is to represent our clients' brands through face-to-face interactions with customers, generate interest in franchise opportunities, and educate prospects on products and services—all while working inside high-traffic retail locations.

This is an entry-level position with paid training, designed for individuals who are enthusiastic, coachable, and looking to gain experience in marketing, sales, or business development. Travel opportunities and cross-training are available for top performers, as well as a clear pathway to upper-level management roles.

What You'll Do

  • Represent franchise and brand partners inside retail locations
  • Engage directly with potential customers and answer questions about services and promotions
  • Support sales activities through professional, informative interactions
  • Assist with on-site marketing campaigns and franchise development events
  • Participate in daily team meetings, role-play training, and skill-building workshops
  • Track customer feedback and report performance metrics to team leads
