We represent major brands inside exclusive retail locations, using a personalized, interactive approach that builds real customer relationships and drives measurable growth.
As a Customer Acquisitions Representative, you’ll serve as the face of the brand, working directly with customers inside busy retail settings. Your job will be to promote client products and services, answer questions, and help guide potential customers through the acquisition process—all while building brand awareness and loyalty.
This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals who are outgoing, motivated, and eager to learn. We offer paid training, hourly base pay, commission bonuses, and opportunities for travel, cross-training, and rapid advancement into leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers inside retail locations to promote brand offerings
- Clearly explain services, answer questions, and generate new customer sign-ups
- Deliver friendly, face-to-face interactions that create positive customer experiences
- Support marketing events and campaigns in-store
- Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training sessions
