Business Development Intern

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Intern to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, passionate about business growth, and interested in exploring strategic opportunities. You will work closely with the Business Development team to identify and engage new vendors and direct clients for both contract-based and full-time hiring opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential vendors and direct clients across various industries.
Assist in generating and qualifying new leads through online research, networking, and outreach.
Maintain a pipeline of potential business opportunities.
Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build relationships.
Support contract negotiations and partnership discussions.
Track outreach metrics and provide regular updates to the team.
Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, operations, and marketing) to ensure alignment on goals and execution.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a keen interest in business development and partnerships.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and outreach platforms is a plus.
Previous internship or academic experience in business, sales, or related fields is a bonus but not required.
