We partner directly with business owners to help scale their companies through strategic acquisitions and capital market solutions.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated MBA or graduate-level intern to join our team. This is a hands-on, strategic internship where you will help design and implement our marketing approach to engage middle-market CEOs and founders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a marketing strategy focused on sourcing private equity opportunities among middle-market businesses
- Craft messaging and positioning tailored to CEOs and founders of companies with $10M–$100M in annual revenue
- Collaborate with firm leadership to refine the firm’s voice, value proposition, and outreach campaigns
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify industry best practices in private equity marketing
- Support multi-channel campaign development across LinkedIn, email, and other outreach platforms
- Monitor engagement metrics and continuously refine strategies based on performance data

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an MBA or graduate program (Marketing, Finance, Strategy, or a related field)
- Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Knowledge and experience using automation tools for personalized messaging and outreach
- Interest in private equity, growth-stage businesses, or mergers and acquisitions
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and creative approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital business development platforms is a plus
Compensation and Advancement
This is an unpaid internship for the initial 90-day period. Interns who demonstrate a high level of performance and contribution during this time may be offered a paid position with the firm.
