Machine Operator - 1st Shift, Novi, MI Area

A local machining company with a facility in the Novi MI area, is currently looking to hire several Machine Operators for Long-Term opportunities with their growing company. These are excellent opportunities for those looking to work for a company that offers great benefits, stable employment and a great environment.

The Machine Operators hourly rates are anticipated to start between $15 to $20 per hour based on each candidates experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Overtime is paid at premium rates over 40 hours. We offer excellent benefits including great medical, dental, 401k, and more.

Qualified Machine Operators will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

  • An interest in running special machines in a manufacturing environment
  • An ability to learn quickly how to run machines in the production of automotive parts
  • A desire for a long term opportunity with career growth for top performers
  • Able to pass standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
