
Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals including lead generation, awareness, and product engagement.
- Manage digital campaigns across paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, X/Twitter), organic social, SEO, email, and web.
- Support product launches, developer outreach, thought leadership, and partner initiatives with focused digital plans.
- Maintain a consistent and compelling digital presence across platforms;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with demand generation, product marketing, creative, and technical teams to deliver resonant campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance, track key KPIs, and communicate insights and improvements to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed;
- Stay informed about trends in quantum computing, competitive positioning, and emerging digital tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B tech or scientific industries.
- Proven success managing digital campaigns across platforms including web, social, email, and paid media.
- Experience with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot or Marketo, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, and A/B testing tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools and developer personas is a plus;
- Exceptional communication skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Analytical thinker who can use data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments preferred.
