Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and motivated Videographer/Editor Intern to join our content production team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience creating high-impact visual content. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling through video, strong technical skills, and an eye for detail.Think Gary-V style content, along with youtube video style content like Casey Neistat.
Key Responsibilities
Videography
- Assist with pre-production planning (storyboarding, shot lists, location scouting)
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots
- Capture footage for a variety of content types (social media, promotional videos, interviews, behind-the-scenes)
- Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment in all captured content
- Doing 6 long form videos a month. 10-30 min.
- Capturing B Roll Content
Video Editing
- Edit raw footage into polished video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent software
- Add music, sound effects, captions, and motion graphics as needed
- Export and optimize video files for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, website, etc.)
- Maintain proper file organization and version control
Collaboration & Creative Input
- Work closely with the marketing, social media, and creative teams to develop compelling content
- Contribute ideas for new video concepts, formats, and campaigns
- Receive and implement feedback from supervisors and team members
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency with video editing software
- Experience operating video equipment
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, and pacing
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
