Marketing Coordinator

Our company includes multiple areas to assist with including non-profit activities and political endeavors. We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Coordinator to help manage team activities. 

Media relations, social media, graphic design and writing are a strong components of this position.

This position is ideal for a well-organized professional with outstanding administrative and follow-up skills. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual looking to get involved with an organization making an impact toward a brighter future for our country. The candidate must be flexible with an ability to prioritize workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Integrity and professionalism are essential. 

This is a full-time position or part-time position.

Remote or on-site.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Graphic Design
  • Wordpress
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • An interest in writing
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with marketing and PR initiatives, including social media and web site design.
  • Proof-reading
  • Pick-up and deliveries
  • Product shipment
  • Data entry
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Assisting with facilities management
