Quality Engineer

minimum requirements:

1. Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system; 
2. Knowledge of Six Sigma management, Lean production, new product development process (PMP); 
3. Mastery of QC new and old seven tools/MSA/SPC/FMEA/8D and other quality tools; 
4. Understanding of APQP/PPAP planning methods and procedures; 
5. Understanding of laboratory ISO 17025, safety standards, and their testing. 
6. Good reading and writing skills in English.

expected responsibilities:

1. Participating in the development work and trial operation during the R&D process; providing improvement suggestions or recommendations on product drawings and work instructions.
2. Confirming based on the product inspection standards and production process control standards, and providing improvement suggestions or recommendations.
3. Timely handling, tracking, and addressing abnormal issues discovered during the quality control process, and verifying the effectiveness of improvements.
4. Regularly analyzing the causes of quality issues and jointly formulating measures to prevent recurrence with relevant departments.
5. Optimizing quality inspection, verifying the effectiveness of inspections, and improving inspection efficiency; managing process changes and updating inspection drawings, specifications, and methods in a timely manner.
6. Leading the daily operations, management, and laboratory capability building of the quality department laboratory.
