Title: Design and Launch Associate
Location: Berkeley, CA (in-office 2–3 days/week) - non negotiable
Type: 3 months fulltime, initial period; entry-level to 2 yrs experience (BA/BS or MBA + ≥2 yrs)

About LookDeep:
We’re on the front lines of applying computer-vision, AI and voice-agent tech to improve in-hospital patient care. You’ll help reshape our brand identity and collateral for cutting-edge products that truly matter. We will be launching ground breaking technology and want a creative, energetic, “just figure it out”,  fast moving partner to directly help the CEO on pushing forward the launch and rebrand. 

Exercise

Look at our website, lookdeep.health and create 0-5 slides in google presentations (or convert into google slides) on some aspect of who we are and what we do that is better (this is a low bar) and a paragraph on why you did what you did.

Without this exercise we will not look at your resume or background. Finalists will be required to complete an additional exercise they will be compensated for.

What You’ll Do:

• Design decks, web experiences, graphics and other assets that translate complex technical content into crisp, compelling visuals & copy.
• Collaborate with specialized external designers, engineers and the CEO to iterate fast—your ideas, your execution.
• Learn the LookDeep product and translate it into compelling demos, screenshots and stories in multiple formats.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g. generative design, large-language models, image-synthesis) to prototype and produce at speed.
• Maintain and enhance the brand consistency across presentations, website mockups and marketing materials.
   

Who You Are:

• BA/BS (or MBA) plus 0–2 yrs hands-on design/content experience, OR MBA + ≥2 yrs related.
• Not afraid of technology, you can write scripts and maybe even code, even though its not your primary focus
• Strong intuition for design and messaging—and can execute both.
• Expert at at least one design tool (Figma, Illustrator, Keynote/PowerPoint) and Google, Slack and multiple AI tools
• Can figure it out - you will be working with bleeding edge tools and technology, you have to be able to figure it out on your own balanced  with not be afraid to ask for help when you need it.
• Fast, decisive, aggressive in driving projects to “done.” You want direct feedback becomes it helps get to the answer faster.
• Excellent written & verbal communication; you respond quickly wherever you are.
