Live2Create Leadership Academy is looking for driven and detail-oriented college students or young professionals pursuing degrees in Business, Nonprofit Management, or Public Relations to support our fundraising initiatives.
Role: Fundraising & Community Outreach Intern
Reports to: Founder / Development Director
Purpose: Assisting in fundraising efforts, donor engagement, and community partnership development to support the launch of our academy.

Status: Volunteer
Hourly Rate: Unpaid
We are actively seeking 2-3 fundraising and community outreach interns to play a key role in securing financial support for Live2Create Leadership Academy. This role offers direct experience in nonprofit fundraising strategies, grant writing, and donor communication.
Responsibilities:
- Research and apply for grants, sponsorships, and funding opportunities.
- Draft compelling donor outreach materials, including emails and social media campaigns.
- Assist in planning fundraising events and donor appreciation initiatives.
- Maintain donor databases and track engagement.
- Support networking efforts with businesses, churches, and community organizations.
- Work on crafting fundraising pitches and presentations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Passion for community engagement and fundraising.
Commitment: 8-10 hours per week, flexible scheduling available.
