Seed Dealer

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic graduates to join our team as Seed Dealers. This role will involve building relationships with local farmers and assisting them in selecting the right seed products for their operations. Ideal candidates will have a passion for agriculture, excellent communication skills, and a desire to make an impact in the farming community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers and growers in the assigned counties (Holt, Boyd, Rock, Brown, Keya Paha, Cherry).
• Promote and sell Becks Hybrids seed products, focusing on delivering customized solutions for each farm.
• Provide expert recommendations and technical support related to seed selection and product performance.
• Educate customers on Becks' products, services, and value proposition.
• Attend training sessions to stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and agronomic advancements.
• Collaborate with the Becks Hybrids team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
