Financial Planning Manager

HL Mando is seeking an experienced Financial Planning Manager to join our R&D Center. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for planning and managing capital investments, developing annual budgets, and ensuring effective financial oversight. You will play a key role in analyzing data, preparing executive-level reports, and optimizing financial performance in alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and report financial statements and performance metrics using ERP systems.
  • Plan, manage, and control Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and operating budgets.
  • Maintain ERP Budget & Cost Modules to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Lead monthly closing activities and financial reconciliations.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial reports and support executive decision-making.
  • Develop cost-saving strategies and monitor expense efficiency.
  • Support forecasting, business planning, and budget alignment.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Minimum 7 years of financial planning, budgeting, or cost management experience.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
  • Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • This position typically operates in an office environment.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 10 lbs.
  • Frequent walking, standing, and bending as needed to perform duties.

Remote Work: Not Eligible for Hybrid Remote Work Schedule
