Digital Marketer

Role: Social Media Editors / Content Creators (UGC) / Visual Artist / Illustrator / Designer
Responsibilities:

  • Develop, edit, and publish engaging short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YT Shorts)
  • Stay on top of trends and craft memeable, shareable media
  • Plan and manage weekly content calendars across platforms
  • Drive audience growth, follower engagement, and analytics tracking
  • Design cover art, posters, merchandise, and branding materials
  • Work closely with the music and marketing teams to bring visuals to life
  • Iterate on creative direction with mood boards and drafts
    Skills Required:
  • Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, InShot)
  • Familiarity with IG/TikTok/YT algorithms
  • Copywriting, trend scouting, meme literacy
  • Proficiency in digital illustration (Procreate, Adobe Illustrator)
  • Ability to work on briefs and pitch visual ideas
  • Understanding of aesthetic trends in music/art
    Bonus:
  • Marketing major or prior brand content experience
  • Animation skills, strong visual signature or style
