
Sales Assistant & Administrator
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven intern to join our team as a Sales Assistant & Administrator. This role is ideal for students passionate about fashion, marketing, and business development. You will work closely with our President & Chief Stylist, Samuel Pizzo, gaining invaluable experience in sales strategy, client relations, and operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accompany the President to high-profile client meetings and sales appointments.
- Represent Gold Coast Bespoke at networking events and fashion shows.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and newsletters.
- Understand and implement the sales cycle from initial contact to transaction completion.
- Manage inventory, prepare orders, and merchandise the sales office.
- Assist in establishing partnerships with brands in real estate, law, and finance sectors.
- Coordinate and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling.
- Collaborate on HR functions: drafting job postings, screening candidates, and onboarding new team members.

- Currently enrolled at Columbia College Chicago, preferably in Business & Entrepreneurship, Fashion, or Marketing programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

- Available to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings for events.
