Role: Construction Manager

Markets: Raleigh, North Carolina, and Charlotte, North Carolina

Description: A Construction Manager is responsible for the successful planning and execution of their assigned commercial projects.

Objective: Monitor field progress via jobsite walks, photo documentation, daily field reports, weekly status reports, and frequent communication with project team.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

· Manage third-party contractors, including safety oversight, control inspections, and design compliance.

· Verify that all current plans, submittals, shop drawings and other project data are accurate and utilized by field crews.

· Attend all scheduled job-related meetings.

· Create daily field reports by conducting and producing daily quality and progress inspections.

· Scheduling material and equipment deliveries.

· Ensure project compliance via photo and written documentation.

· Assist construction administrative staff with closeout procedures.

Qualifications and requirements:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills

· Strong multi-tasking abilities

· Will be required to pick up and deliver materials as needed, ability to frequently lift 50+ pounds

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time / 40 Hours

Salary: $58,000.00-70,000.00

Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
