About the Role

RMH Compass is hiring a Client Success Analyst to support our Head of Client Success in engaging US employers with the tools, resources and services offered by RMH Compass. This role will be focused on supporting participating companies across the engagement lifecycle, from taking the survey, to validating data, generating performance insights and additional value-added experiences to ensure that companies have a best-in-class experience working with RMH Compass.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Support

  • Provide both responsive and proactive support to companies across their engagement lifecycle, from onboarding and survey completion to validation and recognition
  • Help ensure best-in-class client experience by anticipating questions, troubleshooting issues and celebrating milestones
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support repeat business and inspire their advocacy of our work

Data Review & Insights

  • Support the validation of survey submissions, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data
  • Help analyze data and contribute to the creation of the Insights Report and Benchmarks delivered to clients
  • Collaborate with the Head of Client Success to identify trends and insights across companies

Content and Community Engagement

  • Support the continued build-out of a digital resource hub, identifying the resources needed to help employers take action in strengthening RMH benefits (e.g. vendor lists, case studies, sample policies, benefit broker FAQs and more)
  • Create and share engaging content that promotes RMH Compass and our community of RMH@Work Leaders
  • Strategize new ways to engage participating companies, to inspire them to take action to strengthen their RMH benefits and to celebrate leading organizations

Ideal Candidate Profile

Professional Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing, client service or program support role
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in remote team environments
  • Experience with CRM platforms (ie - Salesforce), Digital Marketing tools (ie -Mailchimp)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience identifying trends and insights from client data

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary is dependent upon geography and experience; range is $52-58k/annual
  • Three  weeks paid vacation per year; Flexible sick and personal time; QSERA benefits; Commuter benefits and paid federal holidays
