Responsibilities:

  • Your primary responsibilities will be to effectively organize and lead cross-functional project teams using your project management skills .
  • Using your strong planning, organization, communication, and collaboration skills, you will lead a diverse scope of projects with limited supervision.
  • The Sustaining projects may include, projects aimed at enhancing product features of current products to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing quality issues, meeting new regulatory standards, or reducing costs.
  • You will lead one medium or multiple small projects that impact company performance.
  • You will direct the activities of internal and external team members to meet project objectives. You will also implement design changes into production for current products and provide consultation support of other engineering projects.
  • You will proactively support continuous improvement opportunities and ongoing process improvements with the goal to continually building the group.
  • You must be flexible, self-directed, organized, dependable, proactive, and persistent. 
  • You will effectively plan and exe‐cute projects, coach project team members, solve problems, and make decisions with limited direction.
  • In the role, will communicate both up and down the organization to effectively complete and provide status of the projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering/technical field 1-3 years of applied project management experience managing projects of various sizes.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate with a diverse group of cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, R&D, QA, Regulatory, Sourcing, and Operations.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, and presentation) skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Applied experience with Microsoft Project as well as other Office Suite applications.
  • Prior SAP experience (including creation of DIRs, BOMs, Routers, writing Engineering Changes).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP certification).
