Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or Early Childhood Education, and
• VPK credentials

Experience

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Early Childhood
• Demonstrated experience as summer VPK teacher

Language Proficiency

• Fluent in English (native or near native level)

Pedagogical Skills

• Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices
• Ability to design and lead integrated, interdisciplinary units of inquiry
• Uses formative assessment to guide individualized instruction

Personal & Professional Attributes

• Warm, nurturing, and emotionally intelligent
• Highly organized, creative, and reflective
• Comfortable with collaborative planning and open-ended learning
• Strong communicator with both children and parents
