Sales Development Representative

MotionPoint is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to create long-term value by finding new website and portal translation opportunities. In this role, you will use various strategies, including cold calling, e-mailing, and networking, to identify and connect with prospective accounts, with the goal of setting appointments for our Account Executives.
Essential Job Functions  

  • Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting. 
  • Performing research on competitors, consumer behavior, market trends, product developments and lead acquisition methods. 
  • Analyzing customer personas and target audience demographics to generate leads. 
  • Making cold calls to connect with prospective customers or clients. 
  • Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads. 
  • Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 
  • Proficient O365 experience (Word/Excel) 
  • Digital Agency work experience is a plus 
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, Outreach.io and Gong
