Sales & Outreach Coordinator (Entry-Level)

Right now, we’re looking for an energetic and motivated Sales & Outreach Coordinator to help us expand our network and build strong relationships with new clients.

If you enjoy meeting new people, working on the go, and learning about different industries, this could be a great fit—especially if you’re just getting started in sales or business development.

What You’ll Do:

  • Research and connect with local businesses who could use staffing support
  • Make outreach calls, send emails, and drop in to introduce our services
  • Attend networking events and community meetups to spread the word about HTSS
  • Help shape outreach strategies and find creative ways to connect with potential clients
  • Work with our recruiters to understand hiring needs and recommend solutions
  • Keep notes and track your outreach using our CRM system
  • Stay in the loop on local hiring trends and industry news

What We’re Looking For:

  • A people person with great communication skills—you’re comfortable starting conversations and building relationships
  • Organized and self-motivated—you follow up and follow through
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.); experience with CRM tools is a plus
  • Any experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or community engagement is helpful, but not required
  • A bachelor’s degree is a bonus, but we’re open to candidates with relevant experience or drive to learn
